Refund policy

Return Policy

In accordance with the European cooling-off period, you have the right to return your item within 14 days of receiving it. However, to exercise this right, the item must remain completely untouched and in its original condition during this period. This includes keeping all tags attached and the item in its original packaging. For more information about your rights, please refer to the EU Guarantees and Returns Policy.

To be eligible for a return, you will also need to provide the receipt or proof of purchase. Please note that you are responsible for covering the shipping costs for returns.

Once your return request is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label along with instructions on how and where to send your package. Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.

Order Cancellation

You may cancel your order at any time before delivery starts. Contact love@papes.art to cancel your order. You will be informed about the status of your cancellation via mail.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon receiving it and notify us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item. We will assess the situation and take appropriate action to resolve the issue.

Exchanges

To exchange an item, the quickest way is to return the original item. Once the return is accepted, you can make a new purchase for the desired item.

Refunds

After we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval status. If the refund is approved, it will be processed and automatically refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
